About the Hosts
MQFP®
Rob is the founder of Everman Wealth & Prosperity, a fee-only financial planning firm in Northern Virginia. He spent over 23 years in the Army before retiring. He specializes in military families, veterans, and federal employees, helping them navigate the transitions and decisions unique to those careers. Rob holds the Military Qualified Financial Planner (MQFP®) designation and brings that same service-first mindset to every episode of Fiscal Foxhole. Outside of work, he's a sports fan through and through. But if he's not watching sports, you can usually find him on the golf course or in the gym.
CFP®, MQFP®
Omen is the founder of Formynder Wealth Management, a fee-only fiduciary firm serving military families, veterans, and federal employees. He spent over 25 years in the Marine Corps before retiring. Omen holds both the CFP® and MQFP® designations and specializes in the details that matter most to military and federal careers: values-centered financial planning using the military and federal benefits you earned. He co-hosts Fiscal Foxhole to help families understand the decisions they have and ways they can create informed and values-aligned paths. Omen lives in Northern Virginia with his wife Megan and a Pitty named "Dobby" who runs the house. He has two adult sons; one in the USAF and one working to become a teacher. When he's not working, you'll find him training for his next marathon.
